NEW: We’ve added a new feature to make invoice processing even clearer. When uploading and tagging invoices, you’ll now see an extra status column.
This addition gives you a better understanding of exactly where your invoice is in the processing workflow. This makes it easier to track progress, spot any questions or issues more quickly, and take immediate action if necessary.
With this improvement, we’re making the process more transparent and user-friendly, so you always stay on top of things.
Using the new status filters (top right Filter), you can choose which processing statuses you want to see. This allows you to easily tailor the view to your needs and quickly find the invoices that matter to you.
This makes it even easier to keep track of things and work efficiently.
Invoices with the status ‘Processing complete’ remain visible as long as you stay on the same screen. Only when you move to another screen are these invoices automatically removed from the view.
This gives you a little extra time to review completed invoices at your leisure before they disappear.
