By clicking on the link in Basecone when requesting a migration, you confirm that you have read and agreed with the following terms and conditions:
The payment of the costs for the migration. We charge £37,50 per administration, with a maximum total amount of £300,- for the whole migration. These costs will be charged to the Basecone office to which we transfer the administration(s).
That the costs for carrying out the work are included on the invoice for the month in which the migration was completed.
That the implementation of the migration in the accounting software is not under the responsibility and influence of Basecone. Any delays or errors are not for account of Basecone.
That Basecone informs you as soon as possible if a delay in the execution of the work threatens or takes place.
If Basecone cannot meet the order obligation, we will treat this as priority 3 (see our SLA).
That you have read the checklist and have taken the necessary actions before starting the migration assignment.
If an error has occurred on the Basecone side, we will do everything we can to resolve it as fast as possible.
If an error has occurred on the customer side, we will try to resolve this within our possibilities.
