I'm unable to change the bank details. Why is that?

The option to change / enter a bank account number / IBAN is by default set to "No" for every users in Basecone. This can be changed per user by the Superuser.


Where can the Superuser change this setting?

  • Go to Settings - Users - Actions (edit) - Tab Settings

  • Go to section Edit bank account / IBAN

  • Change the setting from No to Yes

  • Click on Save to apply the changes.
