I received an email to authorize documents, but I have already authorized all documents.

Documents can be assigned to an authorizer before posting or after posting. The documents that must be approved for posting can be found in the Basecone Home screen.

The documents that must be authorized after booking can be found in the Basecone menu under Authorisation.

You will receive the emails at fixed times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. If you have authorized documents in the meantime, the email may not have been updated in time (since this is send out by the system at fixed moments) and you will therefore receive an outdated email.

Check in those situations the mentioned screens or the Basecone app.
