You can go to the Basecone webpage at https://www.basecone.com and click on the Login button on the top right corner of the page or you can go directly to the login page at https://secure.basecone.com/.

Username and office code

To log in to Basecone, you will need to enter your username, password and office code. If you do not know this (anymore) then you can request it from the person who created you as a user, in many cases this will be the accountant.

Create a password

If you are logging in to Basecone for the first time, a password needs to be created. The person who created you as a user can send you a link by e-mail to reset your password. This link is valid for 30 minutes and will be sent to the e-mail address that is registered to your username in Basecone. If the link is expired, you can request for a new link by entering your username and office code.

The password must meet the following requirements:

  • Consists of at least 8 characters

  • Contains at least 1 number and 1 letter

  • At least one special sign. You can choose from the following characters:! @ # $% ^ & /? * () _ + = [] {} |

Reset password or create a new password

If you have forgotten your password or want to create a password, you can also do this yourself. Click on the Forgot password link on the login page underneath the Login button or you can click here. Enter your username and office code and click on Send. An e-mail is send to your registered email address with a link and is valid for 30 minutes. Please request a new link if needed.

If the email is not received after you request this, please check:

  • Has the email arrived in the spambox?

  • Has the email arrived or assigned to a special folder in your mailbox?

  • Is the email of your user setup correctly in Basecone?

  • And if the accountant helps you to change it to another email address?
