The office code can be changed at free of charge by our Support Team. 

Please be aware that changing the office code will also change the email address of the companies in Basecone. The e-mail address is created as follows:
<officecode>.<companycode>@mailtobasecone.com

Changing the office code means that login office code will also change when you log into Basecone. If you plan to change the office code, you will also need to inform all users of this change.
