Before a user can start declaring expense claims using the Spenser app, the expense claim module must be enabled first in the user's settings on the web application. This setting can only be enabled by the Super user or Accountant.
Where to enable this setting?
Login to web application as the Super user or Accountant and go to Settings > Users > Actions (edit) > tab Settings. Change the setting from No to Yes (see image below).
