The error message comes from the Exact Online.

The selected date in Basecone does not have an exchange rate setup in Exact. Control this in Exact Online by going to the following settings:


Financial => Analysis & Results => Currency => Exchange rates

  • Click on the currency code
  • Is the selected invoice date available under the section Exchange rates?
  • If the invoice date is not listed here, click on Add to add the new exchange rate.
