I received a message that my XML file failed to upload. Why?

Basecone can only process UBL versions 2.0 and 2.1.

The XML and PDF are seen as one file (a UBL-invoice). If you receive the error message “failed” because Basecone cannot read the XML, the PDF will not be send to the company for processing either (when sending 1 XML and 1 PDF file, in 1 email).

A XML-file must meet certain conditions in order to be processed by Basecone. More information about the delivery and processing of UBL invoices, click here.
