Would you like to help us to improve Basecone and other Wolters Kluwer products? If so, please join this research study and share your experiences. Below are more details about the study and who we are looking for to join.

The study is aimed at the collection and delivery of data to further process it in the bookkeeping process. For example, sending invoices or bank statements to the system so they can be processed in the administration and do a VAT declaration.

We would like to learn more about the process. For example the tasks people are trying to complete, which software is used for that, who are involved and what needs improvement.

We are looking for people:

  • who use bookkeeping software and/or Scanning tools like Basecone on a daily basis

  • Who's job is for a smaller or larger part aimed at collecting and processing data, so it can be used in later stages of the bookkeeping process. Roles that might cover this are ao. financial analist, junior accountant, assistant accountant, accountant, bookkeeper, etc.

  • who are working in/for a tax accounting firm. Also we would like to speak to some clients of accountants that are heavily involved in the process.

Are you or do you know someone that matches the criteria and would like to join? Then we would like to talk to you.

Dates and session information

  • Conversations will be held Mon-Thu from 5 until 23 September (English and Dutch)

  • 1-on-1 conversations of 45-60 minutes
