Making invoices payable after authorization: payment method is wrong

Issue: Payment method does not change from cash to on credit in Exact Online. After authorization, the status is checked in Exact Online but is not correct.

Who experiences it: Exact Online users

Workaround:

  • Check whether all assigned authorizers have approved the booking.

  • Was the invoice booked with cash, if applicable? This can cause the status to remain on cash (which was booked with) after authorization.
